RoostRent.com is run by Eric Holmberg and Greg Arnold of Smethport PA (a small town in the Northwestern part of PA). We are a small local business looking to leverage the advertising buying power of local property owners by offering an online solution to traditional newspaper listings.


We thought up the idea for the site while car pooling to and from our day job (we hope RoostRent becomes our day job sometime). Eric owns several properties himself and brings a wealth of business management to the business. Greg is the IT brains behind the implementation and webpage.
